The rose jewelry is custom made and the process will take time. Please take notice of the shipping time when placing order. The time frame starts when I receive your flowers. Most of the time I can get to your order within 2 weeks of receiving your petals. But this is not always the case. Thank you for understanding. Please also know that I will message you when I receive your petals.
While I will try my best to get the color you want, please understand that flowers differ in color and that they may produce a different shade than expected. I am working with natural products, and there is no exact recipe for making these. I cannot guarantee the color. Results will vary. Rose jewelry will vary in color and size. Bead caps, beads and chains may vary from the picture.
Please take care of your jewelry once you receive it. Put your jewelry on after you have applied all hair products, make-up and perfumes. Wipe your jewelry clean after each wear. Items should be stored away from your other jewelry and in dry places.
Special Note: Only send dried flowers shipped in paper envelope NOT PLASTIC, plastic can cause your flowers to mold. Please have different colored flowers separated unless you want them combined. Don't worry about your flowers becoming crushed during delivery, they will be crushed during the bead making process.

How and Where to I ship my petals?
All petals must be completely DRY before mailing to prevent mold or mildew. (See my drying FAQ if needed.)
Package your petals in an envelope or small box. Please avoid plain white envelopes, as they can tear during shipping. Ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
I will message you once your package is received. I process deliveries 2–4 days per week. Please allow two weeks for delivery of your petals. It can take this long for delivery
After ordering, you’ll receive an email with your order number and link to required form—please include this with your shipment.
Important:
• The automated email is from Etsy, and not me. Please check SPAM/JUNK folders

We understand how special your flowers are, and we want to handle them with the utmost care.
To keep your order on schedule, we kindly ask that your flowers are sent within 4 weeks of your order date.
If we have not received your petals within that time, we will send a reminder. At that point, you may choose to:
• Send your petals
• Cancel your order
• Have your piece created using our own petals
If we do not hear back within 1 week of the reminder, your order may be completed using our flowers so we can remain within Etsy’s processing time guidelines.

IMPORTANT: COLOR DISCLAIMER
I always do my best to create a beautiful and meaningful piece, however, some color changes are a natural part of the preservation process.
In some cases, certain flowers may react slightly during the resin curing process. While this is not common, it can occasionally occur.
Over time, some fading may happen—especially with lighter colors such as soft pinks and peaches. Darker colors generally hold their color better.
If you are sending all red or very dark petals, please note that the finished piece may appear darker overall, which can make individual petals less visible. For best results, I recommend including a mix of colors. If you do not have a mix of colors, in the personalization box you can request that we add some.
What is your turn around time. How will I know when my order has been shipped
Turnaround time is typically 2 – 3 weeks from the date your petals are received, not from your order date. Our work days are usually Mondays and Fridays. If we receive the petals late Monday evening, we will probably start your order the following week.
While I always do my best to complete orders as quickly as possible, there may occasionally be slight delays due to supply needs or the nature of handmade work. As a small business with a two-person team, unexpected circumstances such as illness or family emergencies can also impact timing.
Once we complete your order and create a label for packaging, an automatic email will be sent to you with tracking information.

How do I dry my petals
There are several methods you can use to dry your flower petals, including:
• Hanging flowers upside down
• Oven drying
• Using silica gel
• Pressing
•. Microwave Drying
If you choose to hang your flowers, be sure to hang them upside down. Drying them upright can cause browning or mold. Please know that petal color may happen slightly no matter which method you use.
Microwave Drying (My Preference)
1. Remove petals from the flower
2. Lay them flat on a paper towel (do not overlap)
3. Microwave in short intervals of 15–30 seconds, repeating 1–6 times as needed
4. Check petals between each interval to avoid burning
5. Petals should feel slightly crisp when done
6. Let petals sit out overnight to fully dry
How does engraving work
If you select engraving and do not specify a font, I will choose one that best complements your piece.
If you would like to use a handwritten note, you may take a clear photo and send it through Etsy messages after placing your order.Please do not mail original handwritten notes.
I am able to combine multiple notes and rearrange wording if needed to create a meaningful layout.
To avoid delays, please send all engraving details after placing your order so I can match everything correctly.
How do finger print engravings work
After placing your order, please send your fingerprint images through Etsy messages. If the image does not attach on your first message, simply send a second message and attach the file there.
Once I receive your images, I will create a preview of your fingerprint and send it to you for approval.
Please note that I process fingerprint items in batches, so turnaround time for the shipping may vary slightly. You will be given at least 24 hours to review and approve your print.
If I do not receive a response within that time, I may proceed using the preview provided to avoid delays in your order.

Why do you not show your mailing address
My mailing address is provided within the required form to ensure all important steps are followed before sending your petals.
This helps prevent any mix-ups and ensures your petals are properly labeled, handled, and matched to the correct order. Following these steps allows me to safely receive and process your flowers with the care they deserve.
